DESCRIPTION:SafeHaven are please to support Invictus Training and will be at their Acid Attack conference in May.  Our MD\, Charlotte Copeland\, will be on the expert panel discussing psychological trauma.\nBook tickets for the event here.\n\nThe event is targeted at professionals working with crowds\, Designated Premises Supervisors\, Venue Manager's\, Head of Security\, Venue medical teams.\n\nThe event is a unique opportunity to learn about the potential impact of a corrosive substance attack within a crowded place\, should that be a shopping centre\, theatre\, gig\, pub or festival setting.\n\nThe nature of violence in crowded places is changing\, whether it is drug/ gang related\, disgruntled customers\, or even terror attacks.\n\nThis workshop will take you through the hazard itself\, what your team should do in such an incident\, and with our panel of experts\, talk through what you can do to protect your customers\, staff and maximise your efficiency and recovery should the worse happen.\n\nOur expert panel Q&A will cover crowd dynamics\, security\, medical\, trauma and Emergency Services
