DESCRIPTION:Part 2 of our 'Managing a Critical Incident in the Workplace' training series.\n\n \nThis one day course is module 2 of 2.\nModule 1 is a prerequisite to attend this course.\n \n\nAn important part of effectively managing critical incidents in the workplace is how an organisation responds in the immediate aftermath.\n\nTraining enables designated personnel to recognise and respond appropriately when a traumatic event occurs.
