Dance movement psychotherapy, Monday 3rd April 2023
Dance Movement Psychotherapy can sound fun and interesting to others, and daunting to others!
For that reason we are holding a 1-hour taster session on Monday 3rd April, 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
You will be able to hear from and talk with our resident DMP therapist, Rachel Millsted – who will explain all about this type of therapy, how it works and what to expect.
If you are interested in either joining one of the groups or doing some 1:1 sessions, Rachel will also be there to answer any questions you have.
There is no charge for the taster session. To join us, just register here on Eventbrite.
