Stress is an individual’s response to external situations and its part of everyone’s life, stress alerts the body and mind, however, some people experience stress in stronger circumstances, such as high expectations from employers and families, financial troubles or even more mundane things like commuting.

Stress can have an overwhelming effect on our lives; symptoms being physical, psychological, behavioral and sometimes as acute as a state of ‘daze’ followed by further withdrawal or agitation, over activity and signs of panic.

Stress can affect how you feel, think, behave and how your body works. Symptoms include:
•    Sleep problems
•    Sweating
•    Loss of appetite
•    Difficulty concentrating.
•    Feel anxious, irritable
•    Low self esteem
•    Headaches
•    Muscle tension or pain
•    Dizziness
