ONLINE Dance Movement Psychotherapy Group – Feb 2023

New ONLINE 8 week dance movement psychotherapy group starting on Tuesday evening, 7th Feb 2023

You are invited to join an 8-week Dance Movement Psychotherapy group in which you will begin a journey into knowing yourself better, and healing and thriving by using creative, embodied approaches.
Each week we will focus on a different theme, we will engage in movement and creativity to explore and experience the theme, whilst continually holding space for you and what you bring with you into the experience.
Each participant’s experience and aims for the group will be different, but some benefits that people may experience are decreased stress and increase in feelings of calmness; developing and using creative and body-based coping strategies; a keener awareness of their own inner world; and a greater connection to their body and awareness of their mind/body relationship.
The group process enables us not only to heal ourselves but learn from others and benefit from the insights they have gained from their experience. Wonderful things can happen when we come together in groups with a shared intention of healing.
  • The group runs 6:30pm – 8pm Tuesday, starting the 7th Feb 2023.
  • This will be a small group of maximum 8 people.
  • Cost of the full 8 week course £280
  • This will be held online – so you can take part from wherever in the world you are based.
