Managing a Critical Incident in the Workplace
An important part of effectively managing critical incidents in the workplace is how an organisation responds in the immediate aftermath.
Training enables designated personnel to recognise and respond appropriately when a traumatic event occurs. Their actions play a crucial part in the recovery, or otherwise, of their staff.

Managing Critical Incidents in the workplace is a two day training course:
- Module 1: Understanding and preparing for critical incidents
- Module 2: Supporting employees following a critical incident

This course includes modules 1 and 2 and is run over 2 days, 9am – 5pm.
Registration, refreshments and pastries each day is between 8:30am – 9am.
Lunch is included.
