Recent feedback from delegates attending this course:

This course was great for understanding how to both see and react to problems with mental health. It also made me think about how to look after myself on a day to day basis. Thank you it was a great day!

C.C., London, TV Sports Media

This was extremely useful with many exercises and group discussion which meant I gained an in-depth understanding of the challenges around the well-being champion role and helped me start to think of clear guidelines to building this role within an organisation.

Polly, TV & Media Production

This course gave me a clear and practical knowledge of awareness of mental health and how I can help my colleagues in this area. I feel more confident in approaching the conversation and have the basic tools to manage it effectively.
