Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, its perfectly normal to feel anxious at some point of our lives, for example before giving birth, before a job interview or while buying a house.
However, some people find it hard to control their thoughts and worries, and so they start feeling so anxious and stressed that it affects their daily lives and stops them carrying out day to day activities.
Symptoms include:
• Feeling restless or worries
• Having trouble concentrating
• Dizziness
• Heart palpitations
• Sleep disorders.
